Your clients' numbers, delivered to your inbox
In the software's automation centre, your client enters your email and ticks the reports they want sent. On January 5, April 5, July 5 and October 5, you get their GST/QST summary for the quarter: tax collected, tax paid, net tax. On the 10th of every month, the source deductions remittance reminder. On January 15, the T4 and RL-1 reminder. Summaries to check, not returns filed for you.

A calculator to show, a registry in your name
The calculator on the Pricing page puts your client's QuickBooks, Sage 50 or Acomba bill next to mine, using the prices I checked on August 7, 2026. And so no referral gets lost, email me your client's name before they contact me: I record it under your name in my referral registry.

20 Pro clients = $396/month ($4,752/year). 50 Pro clients = $990/month ($11,880/year). A single referral counts too: one Pro client who stays 5 years, at today's price, is 5 × $237.60 = $1,188.
These amounts assume clients who pay monthly. A client who takes the 12-month plan (2 months free) pays 10 months upfront, in one payment: your commission follows that payment, i.e. $198 at once for one Pro client, instead of $237.60 spread over the year. Run the numbers with your own client count: the rule stays the same.
Member of a professional order or regulatory body (a CPA, for example)? Check your obligations on disclosing the commission. I recommend disclosing it to your client in writing, in every case.
