Can I try before I buy?
Yes. 30-day trial, the full software, no credit card. Activate your plan whenever you're ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Email me and I make the switch myself: an upgrade applies as soon as it's done, a downgrade at your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month: you can cancel anytime by emailing me, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you prefer, the 12-month subscription is paid upfront with 2 months free.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
No, prices exclude tax. Applicable taxes (GST 5%, QST 9.975%, HST or US state sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. For the Enterprise plan paid yearly, I also accept bank transfer (EFT).
Is my data really in Canada?
Your database and its backups, yes: they stay in Quebec, on my server. The exception: the AI features use Anthropic, in the United States: Forgeron AI (including the customers, invoices and expenses it looks up to answer you), invoice reading, automatic processing of incoming bills, email triage and body-shop photo analysis. They are on to start with. If your profession forbids it (legal privilege, health records), write to me: I turn off external AI for your business, and if the software can't confirm that choice, it refuses to send. One exception for now: body-shop photo analysis does not follow that switch yet; it only sends when you start it.
